Infinity Wellness Spa at The Venue Country Hotel Harties

I booked a spa package at Infinity Wellness at The Venue Country Hotel and Spa. I paid in full. Less than 24 hours later the spa sends an email suspending services due to a sale of the business. The letter further says "possible refunds" will be done. Calls, whatsapps, messages and emails are not answered. A real situation of being ghosted. The spa belongs to a bigger reputable organisation and this sort of occurance is unprofessional. Arrangements were made, monies paid and this amounts to *****. I require an immediate refund.
