Complain to Orion hotel in braamfontein

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">went there on 02 May 2016 I payed cash and i was allocated a room 201 got there spent 10minutes trying to open the door but i did not win went back to reception their changed my key card said that it was swap with the guy wjo booked after me , went back again using stairs liftd not working from ground tryed again still not winning . Went back again and I was from work tired just needed a rest and enjoy my money I had to be a irrate in order to be ***isted their send another guy to go and test the door and he came back and say the battery is low .their then allocate 204 I went with that guy and he open after spend almost an hour "poor service" worse on the 3 May 2016, I went back at night p*** 8 to 9 got the same receptionist . She told me the system is offline I can not sleep there today i asked if I can wait she said no it had been off line for the past 2hrs , and she asked y i didnt extend my sleep before i left in the morning i said i didnt know . I had to make a plan for my safety and deal with that unconvince. Poor customer care</span></p>
