Coach House Tzaneen

Coach House in Tzaneen used to be incredible but now the standards have slipped. We still had a great stay and beautiful views but the front desk service is shocking, rude and arrogant and no knowledge of the hotel or the area around the hotel or even the current rates that are offered on the internet. Why are the staff not being trained. Food is also not great!
