20th Wedding Anniversary Booking

Hope all is well, on Wednesday the 7th August 2019, I phoned Orion Safari hotel in Rustenburg, and speak to a Lady, (did not take her name), I apologize for short notice and ask if they can prepare a picnic basket for me, it was our 20th wedding anniversary and I looked forward to do something very special. Then the lady was not sure if they can do that, I decided to leave the Picnic Basket and book a table with, with the same Lady, and ask her to please make it very romantic, doesn’t matter the cost, I booked a table inside for 2 people for 6:30, she ask me to hold on and speak to the Chef, she Promise me that they will make it beautiful, she took my contact detail. When we arrived at 6:30, to my surprise, nobody knew about our booking and there is no table available. And the same old story “I’M SORRY???? This is a very bad reflection on Orion Safari Hotel, I am very, very disappointed and believe me I won’t leave it here, I will make sure for a very bad review for Rustenburg Orion Hotel.
