UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALERT

I had a very poor experience with Orion Air Conditioning. Despite being told upfront that the install was for a double-story house, they arrived without a ladder. After multiple delays and broken promises regarding their equipment, I requested a refund.

They withheld a 10% "fee" from my refund, claiming it was because they "had to drive out." It is completely unprofessional to charge a client a call-out fee when you show up unprepared for the job specifications provided to you. If you want a contractor who arrives prepared and respects your time, I suggest looking elsewhere. 👎
