Aircon installation

Orion Air is based in Toti. They installed my new Samsung aircon. After a month of use the PCB blew. Assessment done approved by Samsung and they found that it was an installation problem. Orion informed me that they are an approved installer. When the problem occurred they were not taking my calls or responding to my messages and I paid for the installation. Their service is pathetic to say the least. Do your self a favor and do not use this company. They not competent or qualified.
