ORICO USB "soundcard".

I recently had to replace the sound card on my tower computer. To my delight I learned that it is no longer necessary take off the covers - technology has moved on, and one can now buy a USB-connected "soundcard" .

So I did. It as not easy to find but eventually I got an ORICO unit from Matrix Computers. It was a bit pricier than I expected, but needs must when the devil drives. I took it home, plugged it into a spare USB port, hitched up the headphones, and BINGO! Excellent sound, full stereo, plenty of volume.
