WWW.Oriherb.com: steer well clear of this ********** company!!!

Oriherb is a Chinese company. Their main or only saleswoman is Kelly Li, and their listed manager is identified only as Forrest. I ordered some Tadalafil(Cialis) powder from them, and was assured that it would be >99% pure. The cost was just over $400 USD. What I received contained no Tadalafil whatsoever. When I got the product, I performed a melting point, which was way off the mark and also measured the tap density, which again was way off. Kelly insisted that what they had sent was 100% Tadalafil. I then proceeded to get a liquid chromatography- mass spec/mass spec quadrupole analysis done by FDA Labs in Pretoria. The result came back as 0.01% tadalafil, which in assay terms, means zero percent. The 0.01 is simply accepted measurement error. I have forwarded the assay to Kelly and Forrest and neither one has responded, despite Kelly telling me previously to go ahead with the assay and we would discuss options at that time. Bottom line- I was **********, and I'm sure many, many others have too, so beware and steer clear of Oriherb. I'm sure they assumed that I would not wind up doing an analysis, which by the way, cost R850, ex VAT.
