MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!!!

THEY DONT SELL YOU THE PRODUCT ADVERTISED !!!!!

i ordered and payed. They let me know that the product was shipped on the 12th of June 2018. I eventually recieved the **** products on the 22nd of June 2018

they are so bad they use your phone number instead of their number for their shipment detail!!!

According to their website : How soon can I expect a response from your customer service department after I submit an inquiry? Please expect a response within 2 hours on a business day.

they DO NOT RESPOND!!!!
