Original Paint By Numbers - Disgusting Service.

I ordered a couple of paint by number kits from these fools in August of 2019 and even though emails have been sent weekly to them requesting either a refund of my package they send some ridiculous generic reply and never a word after. This is the second order I purchased from them and a year and a bit later I got nothing. I am disgusted at the lack of response or even willingness to help me.
