Come fetch your money, i don't care

I have never been treated so badly in my entire shopping experience.<br> <br> I went to Original Marine in Dainfern Square last week the 22nd of December to buy some few clothes for my daughter. How ever one of the items i could not find a top to match, same day i went back and they told me they cannot refund me because they did not have cash. i must come back tomorrow. I then sent my helping lady to fetch it for me the next day with a receipt, they told her to tell me i must fetch it myself. I went there was still no cash. I used a cheque card to purchase and they could not refund me on it. Wednesday was my last day at work and they said i must come back after my holidays which is today. I called them earlier to find out if they have cash so i can come, they then said they will contact their manager to bring cash. A guy just called me now around 15:40pm to tell me to come fetch my money. He was yelling at me and telling me that i must never send someone for refunds i must fetch it myself and kept on yelling at me without even giving a chance to talk. then most of all told me with a big bold bad tone to come fetch my money as if they didn't need my services. I am so ****ed off.Never again
