Empty Promises after deposit was paid

<p>A quote to clean up and improve a garden, (including a variety of services) was accepted and the deposit paid in October 2016. Since that date, a few minor attempts were done to do the job. Much work is still outstanding and the biggest frustration has been the empty promises by the owner, Johann Niehaus. Numerous times he would indicate that they would come to complete the project after which they would simply not turn up. There has been very poor (if any) communication and often when he committed to deliver, he would not honour the commitment. He has also ignored most messages and voice notes. He has on a few occasions sent a text message and contradicted his promises. This is an an irksome task to get this guy to deliver the goods and mortifying to go as far as to lodge a complaint. As a consumer, I am desperate to get this job done. Hence approaching Hellopeter... </p>
