Dear Origin Financial Risk Solutions.

My parents are busy going through immense trauma as their home was severely damaged recently due to the hurricane-like winds which swept across the Cape.

The assistance given to them by one of your brokers, Johan Kühn, has been their saving grace and an absolute light in these dark times.

Johan has repeatedly called them on a daily basis (often more than twice a day) to make sure that they are ok and safe. Their house insurer, ABSA INSURE, has done nothing of the sorts and has not even begun to try to restore their exposed home 8 days later...
