Bad service

I am a client of Ryno Geldenhuys at Origin Financial Risk Solutions, and personal friend.

The service I receive there worries me.

At Charis Brokers we had 100% great service.

The staff is unfriendly. We have a claim only for third-party damages. But the third-party doesn't receive any assistance. My wife contacted Origin.

She spoke to a lady named Noline.... Full of attitudes as well.

I left a message for the claims manager, he never returned my call.

I really can't deal with this type of service.

I think it's time to move on.
