Bad service

One claim takes one month... It was a small TV claim.

Went to the office no one their. No one informed me, that they working from home.

I left messages, everyone made promises. I left a message for the manager Christo Oelsen. He never came back to me. A guy Rushdi helped.

I am so disappointed in the service.
