Poor service and communication
We bought a glass last year October from their Johannesburg branch and there was mistake with the sizes which we rectified with them when we bought a laminated glass that broke while our team tried to put it on the frame while on the branch. We then opted to buy toughened glass with them the same day and made payment. We were then promised delivery and we also advised our client of the incident that the laminated glass we bought broke when we were collecting and committed with the client that we'd be getting the glass as promised by Origin. The Glass was not delivered as advises by one of the sales rep and no communication nor whatsoever we made attempts to get clarity on the glass delivery as we were also getting calls from our client. Two days later the glass was delivered only to find out it was wrong size, we then again notified them in minutes that the glass was wrong size, the glass was already late and now wrong size. We were then told there will be investigations, we advised that we already under pressure from the client. Took them over a week to investigate what we stated was urgent. Ignored our calls and messages. Then eventually the client canceled and we lost other business ventures we had with them due to being unreliable service provider. We then canceled the order with Origin as the investigation took forever to be sorted and we were then advised that we will be credited for the glass and its been three months already. Poor communication from them that we kept having to make means to find out what was happening only for them to just look at our texts and ignore calls.
