Shoddy service

Trying to get ahold of some one in this company is nothing short of a nightmare it has been months without my car being fixed as a 3rd party I have yet to be attended i use my own airtime and sparetime constantly trying to get help. this is beyond shoddy service im not satisfied with how i have been treated.
