POOR SERVICE RENDERED

<p>On the 5th of December 2016 i was expecting a carpenter by the name of Nelson to come and do my kitchen cupboards. I had agreed to his verbal quotation of R22 000.00.</p> <p>I kept on calling because he did not pitch up at ten as he had promised.</p> <p>I had given up when he and his team came at about 16h. I thought he was just dropping the boards off but he said they are going to fit the boards.</p> <p>I told him it is late but he insisted so I left them to do the job.</p> <p>They worked until 23h20. i could see everything wrong because it was late and i was tired.</p> <p>When he finished he asked me to add R400.00 on the amount we had agreed upon.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following day I went and transferred the R22 400.00 from my ABSA account to his Standard Bank account and I later called him and told him a lot of things that are wrong resulting from working at night.</p> <p>he was very arrogant and said i am harrasing him. He told me that thies is the reason some black peoples jobs do not get finished by service providers, the nagging and the harrasment.</p> <p>Two of the guys he was working with came in the evening of the 6th of December and fixed few things and fitted the stove. They cut the counter for the stove bigger than the stove and they put a patch on the left side of the stove. The rubber around the stove could not be fitted because they put silicon round the stove. We cannot lift the stove and clen it because of the.</p> <p>The fridge did not even fit on the slot for the fridge.</p> <p>The drawers just roll themselves open and thre are nails sticking out everywhere he put nails.</p> <p>Some boards are cracked and the shelves are not supported at the bottom so they are stating to sag.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was calling him and he was not responding.I sent hi a text message on the 12th of January, telling him to come and fininish the job because i do not owe him anything.</p> <p>He then called me and as we were talking he accused me of insulting him.</p> <p>I told him that if the truth is insults to him then I do not know but all I want is my kitchen fixed.</p> <p>He asked me to send a text message of everything wrong and he will come.</p> <p>i did that but he has not done anything, has not even acknowledged that he receive my message and when is he going to come and fix.</p> <p>kindly help me please.</p> <p>Lulu Cokoto.</p> <p>011 ********** </p> <p> ********** </p> ********** <p> </p> <p> </p>
