Terrible Service

Absolutely upset wid the service that I recieved from the front staff at Orientals.Ordered 3 meals telephonicaly upon arriving to pick my order they refused to swipe my card for one meal and accept cash for the other 2 meals and insisted i pay for the whole meal with my card because they do not swipe for less for R50 which i couldnt understand because my one meal came to R62 not wanting to cause a scene i left only to come back to my office to find hair in my food and the steak shawarma i ordered was stuffed with onions and lettuce only 5 pieces of steak the chips had no salt and we requested for tomato sauce and we ended up getting no sauce. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT ORIENTALS AGAIN BECAUSE FIRSTLY FINDING GOD KNOWS WHOS HAIR IN MY FOOD AND ALSO BECAUSE OF THE PATHETIC ATTITUDE FROM THE 2 LADIES AT THE FRONT BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY IF I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE MEAL WHAT WOULD THEY HAVE DONE? IF THEY CANT TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT AND TALK IN A RESPECTIVE MANNER THEY SHOULDNT BE WORKING BECAUSE WE PAY MONEY NOT AS IF WE ARE DOIN THEM A FAVOR BY PURCHASING FROM THEM
