PATHETIC SERVICE, UNHYGIENCIC FOOD

At about 2:45Pm on Sunday 4th March My wife and two sons including myself went to this restaurant as we usually do and was served by a Nadia, who was not as friendly as our usual waiter Cecil. We had ordered bunnies and breyanis, and had waited almost 30 minutes and when the food arrived, the plate the breyani was on was dirty on the side, when questioning the waitress we were told that what happens when the food is microwaved. Firstly we had waited 30 minutes for microwaved food, rather than being given freshly prepared food, secondly we had spoken to the manager on duty and as regular patrons he was not even able to come to a resolution, thirdly the plate was dirty, fourthly the standards have dropped that is why the waiters have resorted by forcing and begging passing shoppers to stop and eat at this restaurant. If Management is reading my incident as well as everything I am saying go to your cctv footage, the date and time is there.
