<p>Hello,</p> <p>I am discussed by the working conditions at The Oriental, workshop in Durban CBD.</p> <p> </p> <p>There are two seating arrangements. Inside and outside. The outside customers are waited by black people and inside only Indians serve them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I noticed that after years of dinning there until I asked one of the waitress. She told me the people who work inside have a basic salary, and if your are outside only depend on tips as income.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this appalling.</p>
