bad customer service and experience with poor bad attitude.

on the 3rd of Aug 2019 around 21:15 at OR Tambo....I ordered a lousy packet of hot chips...and the lady said it will take about 7-10 mins...fair enough ...10 mins passed and 15 mins passed and still no order ..the lady that was assisting went to the back and another staff member went out by the name of BRIDGET said they didn't receive the order at the back or something...this is now already 20mins of waiting for just hot chips!!!!...and when I asked how all this was my problem and I was told where to get off by BRIDGET that said I was being unrealistic and I just need to wait for them.
