Unprofessional, dissapointing service

Such bad service I tell you. We ordered food to go and nobody called us to come and collect our order. Our food was getting cold while staff members were talking to each other and playing on their phones. We sat there for about half an hour waiting and then asked them what's happening, they gave us cold food that had been standing on the table. We tried speaking to the manager but he ignored us and only when a staff member got his attention focused on us, he responded in a rude manner. I will never go to Oriental again. I will not recommended their food or their service. So dissapointed to be honest.
