Orientals Galleria

My Fiance and I had dined at the Orientals at Galleria on Friday, 4th May 2018. We had the Mutton Breyani and Prawn Curry. The Mutton Breyani was acceptable, however not grand as they used mutton instead of lamb. The biggest issue was the Prawn Curry that was requested to be mild. The eventual order of the Prawn Curry was extremely hot, which my fiance could not eat due to the excessive heat. The side order of the Prawn Curry was a garlic paratha. The paratha had arrived about 10 minutes after the Prawn Curry. When we had advised the waitress of the heat of the Prawn Curry, the owner/manager of the store did not attend to the query but the head waiter did. The replacement Prawn Curry had arrived another 15 minutes thereafter. This was basically a tomato puree with what suspect to be the same Prawns from the original Prawn Curry. The paratha was taken back to be reheated but had come back extremely dry and disappointing. That evening, my fiance had become very ill and had threw up on numerous occasions. This had continued into the Saturday. I had contacted the owner of the store on Saturday, who had denied that there had been issues with the food and insisted that he was there throughout the incident, however I did recall him walking out of the store shortly before the incident. Further, if he was at the store, he could have addressed the matter personally. I had left my name and number with him, he had promised to call back and resolve the issue but to date I have not heard from him.
