Bad Service That Never Improves!

<p>1 star only because I can't give a 0... So the familia and I once again went out to Orientals because its the only Indian cuisine restaurant in Galleria... Somehow, every single time we've been there we experienced bad service, which seemingly never improves, one cannot even call it bad service as there is literally "no service." After being seated and orders taken, while waiting we saw 3 families who decided to walk out the restaurant as no one was attending to them, even though there are many waiters standing outside pulling in customers. Our orders were taken, consisting of 1 veg breyani and 1 chicken breyani with separate plates to share and 1 tea which the waiter had said comes in a tea pot that fills 2 cups, we were left to wait over half an hour with the waiter running back and forth saying the food is almost made... When being served we only receive forks and knives, to eat with breyani??? The tea only filled one and barely half a cup. From past experiences of Orientals along with any other Indian cuisine restaurant, pickle or salad is served with food and this was not given to us... After being served we thought the waiter died as he was nowhere to be seen to ask for the things we needed, we resulted in asking another waiter to hand us take-away containers and our bill... Shortly after, our waiter returned with barely much interest and we brought out our issues where the only thing he said was that we were meant to ask for the salads and apologised for everything else... Pathetic service and I wouldn't consider eating there again or even recommend anyone to go there.</p>
