STALE SNACKS SOLD

I bought snacks from this store for over R350.00 and it was stale.I returned it and Roshina told us that the snacks have an expiry date far from now and therefore it cant be stale. She refused to smell or even taste the snacks that were returned. I have lost R350.00 AND what I spent it on as she refused to refund or exchange. I would like to take the matter further. I definitely dont have R350.00 to give away to people who do quite well financially. I have sent a message to the Management of Southgate and have NOT received ANY acknowledgement of my mail. I will be posting this review in all the newspapers in the South of Johannesburg AND complain to the Consumer Board.
