Oriental guesthouse Kokstad worst ever!!!!!

In March 2015 i had the misfortune of staying at the horror house in Kokstad. On the website, the adress is given as 26 Barker str. On google maps, doesnt look to bad, look at 30 Barker str now, why give the wrong address. The rooms appear nothing like their website. The following reasons, filthy, dirty old linen, no hot water in the shower, mnet cut off due to non payment, lack of their so called hostess tray, gate has to be manually pushed open and closed, the security mentioned is a non psira individual, in a hoody, sitting ***** / sleeping in the corner. No privacy as the communal lounge with tv and area for all right next to your room, no sound barrier as you can hear your fellow patrons turn on their beds. Food was terrible, no taste and badly prepared, and ice cold. The owner has no people skills, doesnt care about complaints, and has the worst attitude. I cannot believe that she is a devout muslim. The staff is terrible, no welcoming spirit, walks around with an attitude and cannot understand simple words. When you complain you will be treated like a child, ignored, insulted and dismissed. The worst of all is that if you complain you will be called ******.KATHAABAH
