Appalling service

I'm writing this complain to advise future customers regarding the service at this place. Their food itself is absolutely amazing however every time I order I experience such pathetic service over the phone from Lilian, she is completely unpleasant and I feel as a consistent customer we are always at the mercy of her mood. Whenever I order I always request the food to be delivered to my work place... And their delivery charges always flactuate, there have been times where I've been charged and other times where I haven't. Today I had ordered at 10am and the food only arrived at 11.40, aside from this their delivery driver asks me for R20,00 delivery charge, to my surprise I asked him how isit that sometimes they charge and sometimes they do not... This gentleman had an absolute attitude towards me and thereafter walked out with my order... I'm sorry but as good as their food is this was enough to put me off this place indefinitely... There are plenty other curry houses in Pinetown with much better service than this. I thereafter called their manager to complain however he didn't really assist either...
