I bought hats on the 24th December 2015 and returned one yesterday 29th December 2015. on my arrival there I spoke to sum lady sitting outside explained that the hat had torn. She invited me into the shop to a shocking approach of 3 men. The guy at the till was screaming at me telling me that his not replacing the hat cause I wore it now I want to bring it back. He demanded me to take my handbag off his counter n get the hell out of his shop or he will call security. I politely asked why he was screaming at me as there was no need to shout. He then said his calling security. I have never in my entire life been this belittled and embarrassed, I was in total shock!!! Like wondering did I do anything wrong by returning what I paid for and not happy with? Did I commit any crime in doing so? I got home with a terrible headache due to the shock. I cannot believe we have such Rude human beings rending service. I still cannot believe what I heard and the way I was treated its unbelievable!!! As I proceeded to the next shop to buy shoes, I told them what had just happened. And to my surprise they said to me \we used to this it happens all the time.
