Adjust with the times already!

I don't understand the rules this library has set up,I took my 7year for a library experience apon arrival mbongeleni mthembu was very unhelpful rude and unprofessional at the covid screening front desk when I asked to speak to the manager he stated his in charge of the place,I understand theres protocols set up due to covid but they make no sense at all,I wasnt allowed to enter the library unless I was there to make copies or physically borrow books mind you I was there to apply for a card for my son,what is the sense of even having the library open if kids can see what a libabry is all about?so theres my 2 cents comments,we have guidelines everywhere,sanitise,keep your mask and keep your distance allow a certain amount of people in at a time,and allow kids to explore the library,the rules at orient hills isipingo library needs to reviewed they make no sense at all....not to mention how poor the service is find ways to make the place work for everyone!!!!
