Organix is a mess

I joined Organix on 26 August 2023 ,I paid fr delivery as well I never received my stock I never even received my commission fr ppl who joined under me I've been asking them everyday about my stock the lady on whatsapp doesn't respond to Me anymore last time she rep**** she said I must collect my parcel at Postnet but I didn't get it my name was not on the list I don't know what ti do to get my refund back cause I tried to call but I don't get hold of them
