No Deliveries & Response on Placed Orders Since June 2025

I placed an order on the 27th June 2025, and i am yet to receive it. The last apology email from them was on Jul 9th stating that our deliveries were to be expected in two weeks time. It is now a month later than the promised delivery dates, i am still waiting. I escalated this matter via email & their WhatsApp number, but on one responded. My Order No is OS4880 and the follow up ticket ID2677 was issued.
