I regret ever coming across their website

This business does not respect its clients. My first purchase experience was terrible. I bought their products on the 1st March and they arrived on the 23rd of March. Yes, it took 3 weeks with no apology but lies of emails stating that it would be resolved within 24hours but nothing. I sent them an email requesting that they refund my money but I did not get a response but they proceeded to send through the product only to find that they sent me some wrong form of products I had chosen. Bought nettle root cut and they send the powder form. I’m so disappointed this was money wasted
