Dont deal with these fly by night for pest control

I have had the misfortune of having Organic Pest Prevention Services come and service the premises I occupy . Firstly they don't do what they say, they write reports and find someone other than the owner to sign they were there, they maintain their people carry ladders to get to fly traps when we have never seen the ladder when staff work near the traps, the Owner Wesley Smith is on the defencive and cant accept that the person he sends to us does not do the job. I keep complaining of the massive rat infestation and he does nothing. They are clearly not customer orientated nor capable of fulfilling the duties they are suppose to carry out.<br> Give them a miss and find someone who is reputable.
