STAY AWAY!! *******!!

I found a mosaic workshop on Hyperli. When I enquired by the contact person (Karen Costigan) on some of the specification I had regarding the workshop, she insisted that buying directly from her would be the same as from Hyperli without the expiry date (with possibilities of lockdowns and such) I thought this would be the better option. I paid her a month before the date I booked for and a week before me and my group of friends had to go to the workshop, I emailed her to confirm and no reply. I eventually messaged her on whatsapp, and she said her computer and cell phone was ******, etc. She will only be giving classes in Dec. I might have to work over the weekends and thus I requested a refund. She was confused and thought I bought the voucher from hyperli and when I explained that I bought directly from her. She blocked me on whatsapp. I continued to call her and she was so nice and accommodating over the phone but I got no reply from her again. I attempted to call numerous times the next day. She did not pick and I couldn't even leave a voicemail because her voicemail box is full.

This is my long story of how I was ****med. I just want you to be aware of what this lady is doing cause I do not think I am the only one she has ****med out of her money. I also continued to look deeper into her 4.5 star rating on Hyperli, which is just her giving herself 5 stars many many times which masks the 1 stars that people who are being ****med gives her.
