Rogue Trader - Double Glazing ****

We needed to fit double glazing in three upstairs bedroom windows. Organic Designs/Namir was recommended to us. He came and quoted and the quote seemed reasonable. He estimated three weeks total to to the job, due to the special solar view glass taking longer to manufacture.<br> He came and fitted frames, inserting temporary glass saying he would replace this with the proper Solarvue double glazed glass when it was ready. He then continued to fob us off with excuses. We contacted the indicated glass supplier, and it appears no glass has been ordered. We called in 2 other glass firms to have a look. Both have indicated that the frames fitted cannot support double glazing. We put this to Namir on a Whats App message and he rep**** acknowledging we have been ****med. So - we want our deposit returned and as many people as possible must be warned against this rouge trader.
