AVOID Organic Design Namir Alousi at all COST

Organic Designs Aluminum installation condemned!!!

Avoid !!! "Namir Alousi" from "Organic Design" at ALL cost !!! His wife Annette Evans from the EAAB who referred me to him as well !!! She is NOT a sound reference and didn't help me when the Aluminum inspector from AAAMSA condemned his installation. He measured wrong. He could not even get the basics right. The has this been a 10cm gap since he installed the aluminium sliding door and non matching too small Sidelight. This has left me and my Property at RISK! He never answers a straight question with a straight answer.
I paid him R27718.20 on 25 October 2019. His workers only started 26 October 2019. He has to date, not been on my site, at my home, to view installation progress since inception or to view the condemned workmanship nor severe installation measuring blunders etcetera.
This company is *********** without a doubt.

I paid him R27718.20 on 25 October 2019.
His workers only started 26 NOVEMBER*2019. A whole month later!!!
He has to date withheld 3 windows he claims have been manufactured. I have obviously paid for these more than a month ago, which is now my legal property. Withholding it could potentially be considered theft.
Or alternatively of course pay me my full refund for these 3 windows.
I suspect the windows have in actuality not been manufactured as he has failed to deliver any proof hereof despite my visit to his warehouse on 12 November 2019 at
Unit 7, Haryn Park, 13 Mocke Rd, Elfindale, Cape Town, 7945
