Terrible service from Orfill store and still no package

So, i purchased something from this company Orfill store last year November and still have not received anything. Its been four months. They keep promising me it will arrive but to date i have still not received my package and unable to track the tracking number. The customer service is shocking .I have asked for them to reimburse my money and they still haven't received my money. I've been patient for four months. I am beginning to think this is a **** .
