Warning!!!

<p>To all people dealing with Oreoprop property agents, this is my story:</p> <p> </p> <p>Their agent 'Sandy' showed me a place that was initially disgusting, she said the landlord would renovate completely. I viewed it the second time and only the tiles were being put it. She assured me this that and the other would be done. I signed the lease on those conditions. I also asked if there were any problems with insects or roaches, she assured me there were not - without checking. The day I was supposed to have moved in, it was disgusting - half the things promised were not done and there was a roach infestation. The agents took the money R12 500 and refused to refund me saying they did their job. The owner of the company had a repulsive attitude about it. Beware of these vultures!!!</p>
