NO response from owner

We moved in to a flat owned bu a MR Oren Sachs in Buh-Rein State Mid 2014. Since we moved into the flat we complained about everything that is wrong in the flat. We have been given empty promises every time that the faults will be rectified. Yet it is 8 Months now and nothing has been done about the faults in the flat. The owner fired his Agent that handled the rental of his flat. Now he wants us to either get the deposit back from the agent or pay him the deposit. In other words we lose the deposit we already payed to the agent. The former tenant of this flat still hasn't recieved one penny of the deposit she payed to the agent Johan Kotze. We are tired of the treatment we are receiving from Mr Kotze and Mr Sachs.<div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
