No stock and no refund, 3 months on !!!

I ordered a very specific 8 planks of 150 mm x 3 meters reclaimed, clean, Oregon flooring planks from Kurt Zincke @ the Oregon Pine Flooring Company... he quoted me R3,500.00, expensive, but I ordered it. <br> <br> I was required to pay in advance, and the cheque to clear prior to delivery . I deposited the amount in his account 30.4.15. He arrived 2 weeks later with a few planks of odd sizes and widths, with nails in, broken tongues, and some were shelving planks,<br> <br> I said this was not what I had ordered, and to please supply with my order as agreed or refund me.. Kurt Zincke agreed that he was short of stock.. could not fill my order, and would refund me. <br> <br> I keep sending sms's, try to phone him, send him EMails, if he replies at all, it is to promise that he will refund me.. but nothing happens... May, June, July , and now we are into August... I think he is running a **** .
