Engagement Ring

My Fiance purchased a ring at Ore e Diamanti in Canal Walk ,Shop 149 and proposed the same night with a beautfiul ring purchased from there store. He was informed the ring was only one size bigger and it wouldnt be an issue re-sizing it for me. when I actually needed the ring re-sized it was a completely diffrent story. we had to pay for the ring to be re-sized and the ring was 4 times bigger than they said it was. The jeweller was away and no one could re-size it for a few weeks, they showed me whatsapp messages from the jeweller to prove he was away ( which I thought was unprofessional) then told me to take it somewhere else or deal with the jeweller direct as I could take it to his house in Grassy Park. To my horror, i was unsure if I would receive my ring back as this all got a bit strange for us. we went to a few other jewellers who insisted that they should re-size it as it would cost us for every diamond that popped out with the re-sizing. we then went back to the store to chat to a very ****y female sales consultant who was happy to sit on her phone. We then took it to Harris in Canal walk and recieved brilliant service, WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING MY BAND FROM ORE!!!!!
