Worst delivery service ever!

At the office we ordered from OrderIn twice... and never again!! The first time, the agents called me back since the Woolworths did not have the item on the website list I selected as it required a 2 day order ?!?. The amount was then "credited" to my account, I re-ordered other items of which again one was not available. Woolworths then replaced the item with another that is slightly more expensive at not extra charge. The "credited" amount" was +/- R 40 more than the new order.

When I ordered from Village Fish and Chips for the department today, the R 40 credit was not app**** to my account, then again not all the items ordered was available from the restaurant and after 2 calls from OrderIn and 1 call from the restaurant, the order was confirmed to be delivered at 12:29.

At 13:25 I called OrderIn and after holding for 2 minutes, they confirmed the driver is at my office reception... waited till 13:38 and called again... now the driver is missing?!? Noting that cold chips is not acceptable, I eventually called back a third time to cancel when they said: "Can we credit your account and order from another restaurant".... huh?!? Now I have to hope that they will actually credit my card in the next week, else it will be more calling ....
