Good day,

I was a very grumpy person as it is the month of ramadaan and i was trying to order food using the refund given to me.

I emailed the customer services department, and to be frank, i was not impressed at all, it felt like there was a lack of urgency.

I decided to call order in and i got through to megan and i explained my concerns to her.

I was impressed by her willingness to help and the urgency she showed to get the matter sorted out.

She trully understands the true meaning of customer servicce. she changed me from an angry customer to a very happy one.

i have been in the service industry for 12 years and i feel that her service was truly remarkable!!

I hope she gets rewarded for her hard work:)
