Terrible service, no communication

Ordered soup on order in at 7:09 pm this evening. i called the restaurant to find out how far they are with the order and they informed me it had been ready since 7:30. Called order in and they informed me they have issues with transport, this was at 8:09, they promised to call back, it's now 9 pm, no call back and order not delivered. Restaurant closes at 9. I often use order in but this was definitely my last time.
