Sweeping incident under carpet

An order in driver using the company's bike crashed into me last year, dont know if he was under the influence. Now orderin company is saying they outsource drivers and its non of their business. Lovely lady called Jessica tried assisting me over email, then a guy called yusuf called me and told me I must sort it out myself. Now im stuck with R7000 damage on my car, Hopefully the investigation from police comes through.
