Shocking service!

I will never use Order-in again! Ordered at 7.30. At 8 I asked the help chat why the restaurant hasn’t excepted the order, no reply! At 8.20 called them , they said the restaurant’s device wasn’t working. Now waiting. Stay away from this company! Going to delete the app!
