Shocking service

I have placed orders with this company three times this week. They have not delivered within the specified time. I was refunded on the first delivery, after several frustrating phone calls with customer care. If you do not follow up with them, they do not bother to keep you updated. I would like to continue to support hem as I have not had these problems previously.
