Rude Driver. Cannot read.

Would just like to know if i am right or wrong. I placed an order on orderin on 17/07/2018. I have been using your service for quite a while now and orders have been seamless to my complex and unit. However, yesterday i was told that the driver has been waiting outside my complex and waiting for me to collect. This i found was very strange as my delivery address has the name of the complex and unit number. All your other drivers see this and the guards let them in. Do I now have to state my address twice on your app on the "special" delivery instructions? The driver eventually came, in a huff and puff and was quite rude and started questioning me on how the app works and how unfair this was to him. Not the best way to treat your customers.
