Ridiculous delivery company

Today I placed an order on the OrderIn app. After 15 minutes I got a call saying they can't deliver more than 4 km even though the restaurant was only 1km away. They then spent 45 minutes trying to use google maps to find out where I was. Completely *********** people! After almost an hour they phone to say that there are no drivers nearby and that they will refund me however th refund process takes 2-5 working days. This is completely unacceptable as they advertised availability on their application. So now I'm must wait 2-5 days for something that was not even ordered? It's the equivalent of going to a restaurant and paying for a take away only for them to say sorry we don't have any food left and it's going to take 2-5 days for your refund. I'm going to follow this up with the consumer protection act as it seems like theft to me. This company should be avoided at all costs
